Tentang Susi Air
Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Maskapai ini didirikan oleh Susi Pudjiastuti pada akhir tahun 2004. Susi Air berkantor pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat.
Jangkauan Operasional
Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di:
- Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu
- Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan
- Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak
- Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke
Operasional ini didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat dan 650 ground staf dan staf pendukung lainnya.

Persyaratan Khusus
Accountant Officer
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to compile financial reports
- Able to work individually or team work
- Worked well under pressure
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Fluency in Indonesian and English are required
- Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy and consistency in financial records
- Analytical Thinking Understands financial data and can explain financial outcomes clearly
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain financial matters to non-financial teams
- Maintains thorough and organized financial records
- Able to operate Accurate, Zahir and Journal.Id
MT General
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university
- Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.00 (preferred)
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage
- Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and presentation skills

Susi Air MT Legal
- Bachelor Degree in Law with GPA Minimum 3.5 from notable university
- Minimum 1-year work experience in legal fields
- Having PKPA and UPA is a plus
- Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
- Able to handle company documents and permits
- Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
- Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Intermediate in multitasking
- Flexible in terms of working hours
Susi Air Media Team Officer (focusing on Social Media)
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent
- Have a creative and detailed mind to content planning and writing skills, and social media handling and analytical skills
- Good in teamwork & managing workload, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in Pangandaran, West Java & willing to be dispatched for duty on any places upon company needs
- Having a skill of editing and using camera equipment will be preferred
- Having a prior experience and true passion in related field, especially on aviation and travel will be preferred

MT Finance (Specialized in Data Analyst)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance
- Fresh Graduate with the skills needed are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL & Python)
- Ability to perform reconciliation of AP data using analytical tools
- Experience in inventory usage reconciliation and cost calculation
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems and Excel
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Tanggung Jawab
Accountant Officer
- Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries
- Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements
- Supporting any financial processes required
- Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation
MT General
- Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance
- Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions
- Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship
Susi Air MT Legal
- Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
- Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company
- Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
- Any other assignment needed by the Company
Susi Air Media Team Officer
- Managing Susi Group Social Media (Main Focus)
- Helping Media Team during company events and activities
- Providing brief for designer, for Social Media content
- Coordinating with PIC for monthly content and strategies
- Presenting to Management the growth and development of Susi Group Social Media
MT Finance (Specialized in Data Analyst)
- Perform accurate and timely journal entries
- Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
- Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records
- Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost
- Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation
- Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
